We want to create an engaging and safe environment for children and teachers. With this in mind we have certain procedures in place.

Administrators: only recognised and approved Administrators are allowed to create posts and make changes to the blog. These Administrators are staff employed by Millgate House Education who have been CRB checked to work with children. The profile ‘Ricky’ is a profile used to create an authentic theme for the blog. The ‘Ricky’ profile is run by a CRB checked real person working for Millgate House Education.

Comments on posts: all comments added to any posts from any users are checked for suitable content before being made publicly visible on the blog. Any comments posted require a name and email address before a comment will be submitted to our team to be checked. Email addresses are required to avoid SPAM messages being posted. These email addresses will remain private and will not be used for any form of marketing or sold to any 3rd parties. Any inappropriate comments will be permanently deleted, or in extreme cases may be reported.

We take online safety seriously and have put these measures in place to create a safe environment for children and teachers.
